Nainital does not have direct air connectivity. Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, is the nearest commercial airport to Nainital. You can hire private taxis from Delhi to reach Nainital.

Nainital has excellent road connectivity with several cities and small towns of north India. Daily bus service to Nainital is available from Delhi and Kathgodam.

By Rail

Kathgodam Railway Station, located around 34 km away, is the nearest Railway station to Nainital.  Many trains connect Nainital with Delhi and Dehradun.

By Rail

By Road –

A regular road transport services are available to Spiti Valley on a daily basis, whether day or night, from places like New Delhi, Pathankot, Shimla etc. You can also take shared taxis or cabs for the same route.

 

By Rail-

Broad gauge railway station is the nearest station from Spiti which have good connectivity is in Chandigarh. Joginder Nagar railway station is also nearest to Spiti, but it has very poor connectivity.

By Road-

Hampi is well-connected with major cities and towns of Karnataka by bus services.

Hospet Junction is the nearest railway station, which is 13 Km away from  Hampi. There are regular trains for Hospet from prime Indian cities including Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Goa. 

5) Digha, West Bengal: Bengal’s Goa!

By Road-

If you are travelling to Digha from nearby towns, hiring a taxi or self-driving is most suitable. Regular buses connect Digha to neighboring cities.

By Train –

There is a railway station in Digha. It takes only 2 minutes to reach the city. It is well connected through regular trains to all the nearby cities like Kolkata.

The nearest Domestic airport from Ziro is at Jorhat, which is 98 Km away from Ziro. and the nearest international airport of Ziro is at Guwahati at a distance of about 449 kms.

There is a night bus from Guwahati to Ziro. The bus, operated by the Arunachal Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation runs four days a week. Alternatively, one can travel to North Lakhimpur or Itanagar and take a shared taxi to Ziro from there.

By Train –

The nearest railway stations from Ziro are at Naharlagun station(100 kms) and North Lakhimpur (117 kms).
